1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ElevoraX Technologies platform (the "Platform"), including our software services, educational products (EduSuite, PreJ Journey, PrepJ Journey), and any related applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Use License

ElevoraX Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms. You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas
  • Use automated tools or scrapers to extract data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Platform
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

3. Software Development Services Terms

3.1 Service Scope

All software development services, deliverables, and intellectual property created by ElevoraX Technologies are subject to the specific project agreements. Custom development, modifications, and integration services are performed according to agreed specifications and timelines.

3.2 Intellectual Property Rights

ElevoraX Technologies retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, source code, algorithms, and proprietary methodologies. Custom client work ownership is determined by separate agreements. Clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in project contracts.

3.3 System Uptime and Maintenance

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and security updates may temporarily affect availability. Users will be notified of planned maintenance in advance.

3.4 Support and SLA

Support is provided according to your service tier. Response times vary by severity level. Critical issues receive priority attention, while standard support follows business hours protocols.

4. Educational Services and EdTech Terms

4.1 Educational Content License

All educational materials, courses, video content, study guides, and test series provided through EduSuite, PreJ Journey, and PrepJ Journey are for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of educational content is prohibited.

4.2 Student Eligibility

Users of educational products must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By using educational services, you confirm eligibility and responsibility for information accuracy provided during registration.

4.3 Exam Preparation Services

Our exam preparation programs (PreJ and PrepJ) provide study materials, practice tests, and guidance. We do not guarantee exam success, as results depend on individual effort, dedication, and performance. Our materials are designed based on official exam patterns and expert analysis.

4.4 Course Completion and Certificates

Certificates or completion statements are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. These certificates represent participation and completion, not equivalent to official educational credentials. Users are responsible for verifying certificate validity with respective educational bodies.

4.5 Progress Tracking and Analytics

ElevoraX tracks your learning progress, test scores, and performance metrics to provide personalized recommendations. This data is used solely to enhance your learning experience and is protected under our Privacy Policy.

4.6 Refund Policy

Subscription and course refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if no significant course content has been accessed. After this period, refunds are not available. Special circumstances are reviewed case-by-case.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
  • Use the Platform lawfully and ethically
  • Respect intellectual property and content rights
  • Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty on exams or assessments
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payment and Billing

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, annual). Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Auto-renewal terms apply to subscription plans. Users will receive renewal reminders before billing. Subscription cancellation can be made anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share, sell, or distribute any user data to third parties under any circumstances. All data is encrypted, stored securely, and used exclusively to improve our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

ElevoraX Technologies is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you.

9. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users must not post, upload, or transmit:

  • Offensive, abusive, or hateful content
  • Sexually explicit or inappropriate material
  • Spam or unsolicited promotional content
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Content that violates others' rights or privacy
  • Fake credentials or impersonation
  • Exam answers or cheating materials (for shared platforms)

10. Termination of Service

ElevoraX Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscription anytime through account settings. Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases, though archived data may be retained per legal requirements.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. ElevoraX Technologies is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or security. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and conditions.

12. Modifications to Terms

ElevoraX Technologies may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Before pursuing legal action, users agree to attempt resolution through our support team.
